Loan & Monitoring
This function of Loan & Monitoring Section entails:
1. Maintenance of the accounts of Long Term Loans & Advances like HBA, MCA, Scooter Advance and Computer Advance etc. availed of by Officers & Staff of all Sate Government Departments.
2. Issue of Demand Certificates(DC)/ No Demand Certificate (NDC) for the Government servants.
3. Allotment of Loans Code to each Loanee.
4. Checking of loan repayment schedule and Challan received from all Treasuries.
5. Posting and record of loan repayment amount into the individual Loan Account.
