Entitlement Section

This Section deals the following assignments:

1. Scrupulous maintenance of service records of each and every Gazette Officer of the State Government, All India Service (AIS) Officers and Central Service Officers on cadre posting or on deputation to the Govt. of Mizoram.

2. Fixation of pay of all Gazatted Officers on appointment, on functional or NF promotion and on revision of pay.

3. Issuance of Payslip to all Gazetted Officers on appointment, transfer and promotion.

4. Authorization of enhanced Dearness Allowance.

5. Authorization of Annual Increment to all Gazetted Officers.

6. Determination of entitlement of pay and allowances on transfer, deputation and suspension.

7. Determination of entitlement of various kinds of leave, issuance of leave admissibility reports.

8. Allotment of Audit Number to each Gazetted Officer.

9. Maintenance of Leave record of all Gazetted Officers and updation of leave in e-Leave Portal.

10. Examination and approval of step up of pay if admissible under Rules.

11. Sending of original documents of all Gazetted Officers to Pension Directorate on retirement, resign or death for determination of Pension and ORBs.

12. Checking and record of Pension and Leave Salary Contribution of all Gazetted Officers who are on deputation to outside State Government service.
