  1. Over all Management and Administration of Accounts & Treasuries.
  2. Close Monitoring and Supervision of the works of
    1. Director, Accounts & Treasuries, Aizawl.
    2. Director, Local Fund Audit & Pension, Aizawl.
    3. Zonal Office, Accounts & Treasuries, Southern Zone, Lunglei.
    4. Treasury Officers, District Treasuries, Mizoram.
  3. Administration and Establishment matters like Recruitment, Appointment, Leave, Promotion, Transfer, Displinary Proceedings, RTI matters, MRPSA matters, Regularization of PE/Contract employees management of letters recieved and dispatch of daks etc.
  4. Finance and Accouunts matters like Preparation of budget, Appropriation and Reappropriation of Fund, Management of Fund, Accord of Expenditure/Recipt, Revenue Recipt, Settlement of Audit Paras, Procurement, Stores, Vehicles, Office Buildings, Officers & Staff Quatars, Loan & Advances etc.
  5. Correspondances between Finance Department and other Administrative Departments, Principle Accountant General, Mizoram etc.
